Gather in the nest, where yoga is for every body. From toddlers to elders, Bird's Nest Yoga offers experiences that are both unique and accessible.

Yoga Class

CHILDREN'S YOGA & MINDFULNESS

"Little Wings" is a specialized program designed to introduce yoga to children through a series of fun and engaging activities. Yoga is incredibly impactful on children as it helps improve concentration, emotional regulation, and body awareness (to name a few).

This service includes basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Classes are often animated with storytelling, songs, and games!

Practicing yoga is a great opportunity for kids to express themselves creatively and build self-confidence.

Classes are tailored to the developmental stages of children and range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes in duration.

INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY CLASSES

We believe in making yoga accessible to all. Our community classes welcome participants of all levels, body types, and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone can access the benefits of yoga in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

 

This service emphasizes body positivity and cultural inclusivity, aiming to create a space where everyone feels valued and connected. Various modifications for poses are offered throughout the class to cater to different abilities and comfort levels.

Through a blend of gentle flows, breath work, and meditation, participants will improve both their physical and mental wellbeing by untangling knots in the body and mind.

 

Class times vary from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.

 

*In order to further our mission of accessibility, many of our community classes are donation-based.

Yoga Studio

ONE-ON-ONE OR PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Whether it's for personal development, a corporate gathering, or private party, these sessions provide a personalized yoga experience, allowing for deeper guidance and attention from the instructor.

 

In a private 1:1 session, individuals can focus on specific goals, such as improving flexibility, strength, or managing stress, with programs customized to respect their body's needs.

 

A private group class offers a fantastic way to promote wellness, team bonding, and relaxation among colleagues or friends. Instructors can adapt the session to accommodate the group's size, space, and desired focus.

 

These sessions are ideal for those looking to deepen their practice in a more intimate setting or companies seeking a unique wellness activity that encourages health and harmony in the workplace or at special events.

*Chair yoga classes are availability for the elderly or disabled folks as well!
